The secure portal provides location access for approved users. Devices can be organised into departments to support service reporting and operational management.

Footprints are configured in advance to the Alarm Receiving Centre and the service requirements so they are ready to use on arrival.

Clear identification

The device number reaches the ARC with the call.

Each Footprint presents its individual mobile number to the Alarm Receiving Centre, helping the service identify the user quickly and straightforwardly.

Control commands are restricted to approved devices or users through the configured whitelist.
